OUR STORY
Adam's was born from love of family – named after the original owner's son, built on a dream, and seasoned by decades of serving up moments that matter. Since 1989, our tables have been where Eastport comes together. For over three decades, we've been more than just a restaurant – we've been where celebrations are shared, deals are made, and friendships are forged over great food and better conversation. We're now writing our next chapter here on Fourth Street – whether popping in for a pint, enjoying family dinner or reserving our mezzanine for a special event, that same spirit of family and tradition lives on.
